Staying motivated

Just wanted to ask what are some tips on how to stay motivated with pe. I have been doing it for a loooong time(3yrs.) but very on and off at points. I have gained .25 in length in the past year or so and that helped. But I seem stuck in a rut, especially with girth. I hang, manual stretch, Jelq, pump, constrict. I do have a lot of free time on my hands, but havent settled in to a routine. How long do you guys usually stick to a routine before you dont see results? Thanks

Staying motivated is tough, even of a vet Penis Enlargementer. I use certain vids that I say to myself thats what I will be and usually that gets me going. I have to do it daily or its way to easy to fall out of the routine. If you do it the same time everyday it seems easier to stay "on".
