Girth Work
- Slow Squash Jelqs — 2–3 minutes
- Pump — 2–3 minutes @ ~6 inHg
- Slow Squash Jelqs — 5 minutes
- Pump — 10 minutes @ ~7 and 8 inHg
- Slow Squash Jelqs — 5 minutes
- Pump — 7 minutes @ ~6 and ~8 inHg, switch every 30 seconds.
- Ring — 1 hour with a complete blood recycling every 15 mins
Good evening dear brother, today i felt like i had a proper girth session, post workout size was amazing.
29 October 2025 — Girth Routine
Warm-Up

- Pump — 10 minutes @ ~8 inHg
- Slow Squash Jelqs — 5 minutes
- Pump — 7 minutes @ ~8 inHg
I probably went hard on the pump, 8 is for an advanced pe veteran, but also thats where i felt expansion.
- Ring — 1 hour with a complete blood recycling every 15 mins
I had fluid retention below the glan, which was quite substantial in size, i wore a sleeve to get rid of that.
Im eager to hear your thoughts on this routine.
Thank y
Doing lentgh also but not as much as girth,Your routine looks very manageable and easy to follow. Eventually, I would like to see you do the complete SRT program. You will see that we put the SRT routine in two sections girth and length. If you are not interested in length right now, just do the girth portion.
Will do it and let you know how it went, thank you alwaysJust a suggestion.
Once you break through the 8inHg pressure zone for one set, you don't have to worry about remaining at the higher pressure to get the effective expansion. Don't remain at the same static pressure for too long. Always switch between the two every 30 seconds or so. Even at 60 seconds if you're lazy.
im also light skin so the color plays a role i guessedema is quite substantial, i have to massage it and wear a sleeve to help with it.
I aslo realized that on the last set of the slow squash jelq is where edema tends to develop a lot, that got me confused for a moment, ssj should help with edema not exacerbate it.
By the end of the 15 min i can see a purplish color, sometimes accompanied with a numb feeling, whenever i feel it i take the ring immediately and refresh the blood.
Same goes for pain

Thank you, you Legendary scientistThis is where the misunderstanding of edema and SSJ comes into play. SSJ traps fluid between two point. If there is already a build up of fluid in the skin, the fluid will continue to be trapped until it's drained. This is where jelqing comes into play. SSj helps to cycle in new blood, and force old blood to leave. But when the fluid is trapped in the upper layers of the skin, that's edema. Blood flow will remove the fluid in time, but not forcefully though blood flow.
This is where jelqs, like the C-jelqs and reverse jelqs, come into play. This forces the fluid to leave the skin. Warm compression and wrapping plays the second role, semi-actively compresses the fluid out of the skin.
Give a two to five minutes of post SSJ with high squeeze reverse jelqs, going from the base of the glans to the base of the penis, to get the fluid out.
If you are doing 15 per restricted set, reduce to every 5 to 7 minutes. If you do it as smaller times sets in that 15 minutes but still have purple color, release the restricted strap to 80%. The purple color is an indicator of oxygen deprivation. It should still have a light tint of pink color, with slight mix of light purple, not pure purple.
Mr. ScientificoThank you, you Legendary scientist
Ill follow up with this advice on top of the previous ones.
I truly appreciate you
