Starting my late Log

It's simple actually. When you are forcing the penile shaft to remain elongated, blood has to pump through the elongated body to keep it warm. Because there is blood flow, there is constant relaxation and growth, or in your case, constant repair and reprogramming. When your brain tells your penis to relax, constant blood volume that flows through the shaft pushes the positive pressure to inflate the tunica and septum chambers to around 85% of the erected volume. Most of the time, the body forces the penis to remain at 15% to 50%. Elongation methoda pushes the body to be in the 85% to 90%. This is why you see a very well formed flaccid state. When you do this long enough, your flaccid state will remain at 90% constantly.

Warm-Up
  • Extensive heat with heat pads
Bundled Stretches (manual)
  • Right bundle — 5:00
  • Left bundle — 5:00
Primary Length Work (LengthMaster)
  • Downward stretch (normal) — 5:00
  • BTC (behind-the-cheeks) stretch — 5:00
  • Straight-forward stretch — 5:00
Post-Session Observation
  • Post-workout BPFSL: ~22.5 cm, reached with medium manual pulling
  • Tissue not yet fully malleable or relaxed at this length
  • Indicates new length exposure, not yet cemented
Post-Session Retention
  • SiliStretcher — applied after session

Notes

  • Goal: make 22.5 cm an easy, relaxed BPFSL through continued stretching + retention
  • Current response suggests progression, but tissue adaptation still in progress
