Heat

Bundled stretches
Manual X directions stretches

360 dbs 5 min each
360 Btcbs 5 min each

+ few mins of straight out stretching with the lentghmaster on with a hard intensity (was hurting a bit but heat made it feel less painful)

silistretcher ~ 8hrs

Finally saw a post workout bpfsl of 21,8 cm! (after almost 2 and a half months of rest)

Notes : When i see growth the penis feels more stretchy opposed to a stagnating state where it feels hard and more resistant to stretch

I used heat throughout the workout and a blanket as well to keep a high heat environment, better than having to be in a sauna or working out when taking a bath.

Silistretcher 8hrs.

Stretching straight out and hard until i feel the pull in my deep kegels muscles are what helped me grow, this is a piece of advice i guess for any hard gainer.


Heat, intensity, rest, and repeat.

Hoping to reach that 8 in bpel sooner than later

3 min outward left stretching with LM
3 min outward right stretching with LM

Straight out stretching as a finishing move (less than a min)

Silistretcher 8hrs

added the straight out, left right part as it felt where the tension was mostly. It feels as if this part that is being stretched is tenser than the ligaments around the penile body, i can feel it with my hands in almost all stretches, including btc.
Any thoughts ?
 
You're dead on about the straight out, to the left, and to the right. When you do the bundled, ligaments are stretched to their fullest. When you go straight out afterwards, it's practically uprooting the stressed ligaments one last time. Think of achy muscles getting stretched out real well before you rest.
