2 days have gone by and I am hanging for 3 sets of 20 minutes (SD) daily. I love my new GIRTH routine but it does not train the extreme base as much as I. SD Hanging, from my earlier experience, really hits the extreme base. I will keep yall up to date.
SD hanging is the shit! When I started hanging I quit girth work for a while, and after a few months of only hanging I got alot of girth from it (mostly at the base of course)
With all the stretching you've done before, you will probably move up in weights pretty fast. As soon as you perfect setting up the hang you should be able to handle some heavy weights...
BTW, I've decided that hanging rocks! i can sit here and do other stuff like talk to people or practice my trombone, and the whole time, my dick is growing!! I can definitely feel my ligs stretching now on my fourth set. At first I thought this weight was light and I need to move up, but I think I'll stay at this weight for a bit.
Also, the Captn's wench was SO easy to make! I don't have the money right now to buy a Bib hanger, so I went with this because it was pretty cheap. It's way more comfortable than I ever thought hanging could be!
