I enjoy the ssjs but sometimes i cant help it and i end up stroking my dick, haha even when ihavent finished my session and i continue whit my session, can this give me poorer results.
 
Yes. Unless you're Superman and can get just as hard as you were before, I would advise waiting until you're finished with your session. Some people even take it further and don't allow themselves an orgasm at all. There's some talk about how it could stall gains but I'm not so sure about the validity of those claims. I've also been reading more and more about cockrings being beneficial during and after girth sessions so I finally bought some. I will post about the results if anyone cares to hear about it.

WTF!!?? HOWWW????? When I do intense girth work I usually tend to lose my EQ pretty fast. It seems like I am the exact opposite rofl!

You need to get the session in before you cum. Make it your goal to get the work done before the play. It is a rewarding goal and you will be gaining size faster. It will also teach you to last longer in bed.

I have a good shoot and i have kept going and whit an eq of about 80% ..

This will affect your session for sure. When I first started PE, I ejaculated too quick during my session. But now, I don't feel the urge to ejaculate during my sessions. I think what is working for me is because I don't watch new adult entertainment videos everytime and I've adapted to the exercises.
