It's very normal and usually it will go away after a while of consistent exercising. However, some may keep this soreness in their Penis Enlargement 'career'.
As stated above, soreness is present for some an not at all for others. Ligament pain suggests you are elongating the ligaments, this is a good sign. But, always use your ruler to measure gains, soreness is not the best reflection of gains.

Thanks guys... if it's a good sign then i will continue.
I usually never feel sore in my ligs but this method i've been experimenting for 1 week has been making my ligs sore.
In weight lifting, being sore is definitely a positive sign so i was hoping it would be the same for the penis.
I will continue experimenting and if all goes well, i will post the exercise to share. It is a modified version of the Mother-of-all-Ligs stretch ... its kind of hard to explain but i will share as soon as i see some positive results.
It is not so much that soreness is good or bad, it is more that soreness happens for some but not all. The only way to gage if a routine is working is not through feeling, it is through measurements. Some men never feel any soreness and still make incredible gains.
