Sore Ligs

If my ligs are still sore should I still stretch ?

I'm stretching twice a day, i just got back into stretching though.

12 hour intervals is my rest.

WHat u guys think ?
 
depends how sore mate...

how much stretching are you doing.... 20 mins X 2? ... or 5 mins morning and night....

if they are sore maybe only do 1 session a day until ur not in pain...

soreness is okay though.. just as long as it aint burning like hell.
 
use common sense man, if its a little sore no biggy, but if its hurting seriously for hours then have a break. just like anything else.

you expect to increase your dick size by up to 50% without a little pain.

imagin if you streched your body 50% taller, ya reckon that might hurt? i know its not the same thing but geez, common sense man.

On target here! Penis Enlargement is going to come with its share of twinges, pangs and soreness. You are in the process of deforming body tissue, it will have its days. Like Shithead said, take a day off if you need it but do not allow Penis Enlargement soreness to keep you down. Sharp pain, numbness, bleeding, etc are bad but a healthy dose of aches and soreness are expected. Listen to your body!
 
I only feel the sore ligs once I begin stretching the second time during the day. And that initial 1 or 2 sets of stretches feels sore, but after that its pretty much good to go.....I think I'm okay, but I just wanted to be sure.
 
dude, sorness is the best thing that can happen to you. When i was sore non stop for like a week or more. i Would take a long break and THAT is when i would gain like a mad man. You've done the workout...now its time to rest and gain, cuz we all know that you gain WHEN you are resting!
