my first question is connected with the pc muscles. I've read in some forums that this exercize is bad for your prostate. Is that true? And also i heard of some pc- pills that will help us relax that muscle.
Second question goes for the reverse kegel. What is it used for? Do i need it in phase 1?
Last but not least.. do u shave your bushes :D ? If you do what do u use, cuz my jelqing exercizes ****ing hurts when i streach my hair down there.

UNTRUE ... benefits from exercising the pubococcygeus muscle (KEGELs)

  • better orgasms: stronger orgasmic contractions
  • gain complete control: premature ejaculation
  • increase the distance: you can "shoot" your semen load
  • control your erection : make your penis "bounce" up and down
  • Over-all improved urinary health

Personally I don't believe in medicine for what your body can do naturally once trained. Reverse kegel is relaxing the PC-muscle and used for DLD Blasters with the A-stretch
Reverse Kegels are not needed in DLD Phase 1 program.

You don't need to actually shave all the pubic hair off, simply manicure it. You wouldn't let your grass grow wild on your first lawn...would you? Use hair clippers/trimmers to achieve this.
