So whats new!!

Besides all the new growth everyone is getting! And besides all the growth of the web site, it is sure great to be here again, lots of new people here and doing so well, its good to see all the vets here as well. Its been so long since I have been able to talk to any of you guys and see how things have been going, but you have been doing great I see!! I want to especially thank all the people here that supported me while i was in afghan, for the prayers and support, it means a lot.

Right now, I’m just getting back into the whole thing here, and starting to Do FR and BE, as usual, I have pretty much stopped Penis Enlargement until I get restored with foreskin, so that’s that. I have not gotten a chance to talk To DLD, it seems like he has been pretty busy, and a lot going on in his life, but I can tell it has been rough, so lets all continue to pray and support him. Thanks for everything guys, and if you have any questions feel free to ask away, I would love to hear from you.

Supra, welcome back. My cousin is headed back over to Iraq as of tomorrow, but while he was here we celebrated his son's first birthday (my cousin and I are 22 days apart me being older) and while we were out at his mom's he showed my father and I some videos that were taken of how the soldiers are living and what the people are really like and how they trully support what you guys are doing for them. He put together an awesome slide show that showed the beauty and the horror of an infantryman's life, and he picked Staind's So Far Away for the music which I thought was amazing. I was amazed at what all you guys have gone through, and even more so how the media doesn't portray the reality of your lives. My cousin has seen two of his best friends in his group die, and he has at least one certified kill (which was one of the vids he showed us). The man he killed was going to shoot the Humvees that were traveling with his unit with an RPG and he sniped him from one of the roof tops. Again, I say welcome back and thank you for your services and regardless of what the masses think or say you are trully appreciated by a few people who have the privilege to see the other side of the "story".

Supra, if you have the chance would you be willing to post about your experiences with hanging? There are a few guys really trying to get a good hold on it, and since you and BIB both have extensive experience I think it would prove very useful to have you guys' stories. I was also wondering about a general time line of your experience as well as your weight increases and concurrent growth spurts. You've contributed a great deal to Penis Enlargement, Hanging, BE, eleminating turkey neck, and FR, so if it is too much to ask then I completely understand. Thanks for being a useful and willing resource for us. Blessings.

No, not wearing the ROP, I lost them all over there or they just got messed up, but building a new one this week to wear.

Million man, I have not been hanging in a while, but when I was really into it I liked it a lot, after a while I got into just supra slammers and stretching, which worked very well, I dont have a lot of any new info to give on anything other than the stuff I already know and have posted about for the sinple fact that I have been outa the game for so long, and have not beein active in researching, experementing, and just plain old doing Penis Enlargement, as far as weights that I used i was up to 20-25lbs, doing as man as 8 sets a day @ 30 min a set, I think that was my max, i posted a log of my hanging here a while ago, so if you want to go off of that you can, very good track record I had though.

As far as growth spurts, I used to have problems with not getting enough blood into my head and my cs, but through FR it changed that and now my head size is great size that i am happy with, thanks to God for that.
