so just hit my one month mark on phase one

so just hit my one month mark on phase one and im still the same size i mean i feel bigger and i do get engorgment when i jelq and all but i have done pe before clamping and dabbled in some hanging in the past and got no where so should i stick to phase one or should i start on phase 2?
 
Be sure that you did not gain. Check length again through the flaccid stretched, bone pressed measurement, this is where gains first show.
