For the last 2 weeks I've been focussing mainly on BTC stretches. I've noticed a fair amount of soreness around the base of my cock, but I'm not entirely sure if this soreness is from the skin being stretched or from the ligs being targetted themselves.
Does anyone have a definite way of differentiating between skin and lig stretch feel? Also, is there any way that I could focus more of the tension in my stretches into the ligs (as opposed to stretching the skin)?
