Skin Stretch versus Lig Stretch

Hi,

For the last 2 weeks I've been focussing mainly on BTC stretches. I've noticed a fair amount of soreness around the base of my cock, but I'm not entirely sure if this soreness is from the skin being stretched or from the ligs being targetted themselves.

Does anyone have a definite way of differentiating between skin and lig stretch feel? Also, is there any way that I could focus more of the tension in my stretches into the ligs (as opposed to stretching the skin)?

guarantee ya its your ligs that is sore. But skin kinda got to be stretched a little too. But you doing manual work so that really aint focusing on your skin. I never had a skin stretching problem doing manual.
 
Well, I can tell you that when you do manual work, or any other sort of stretching or hanging, that you have to do BOTH. There's no way to not grow more skin as it has to slide and move with the stretch, otherwise it would tear away and that would be a terrible mess. Focus on pulling SD between the legs at a 6 o'clock angle and hold it for approximately 30 seconds, and you should feel a slight burning sensation as you stretch. The other thing to look for would be the tug feeling you'll get at the base of the penis. This will feel a lot different than a skin stretch as that will be a surface feeling and not a deep internal feeling. Learn how your body responds and work to understand what is good v. bad feeling and you'll do well.

On another note as far as how to focus the stretch a bit more internally to the ligs and tunica v. skin stretch you need to make sure that you have a strong grip. If you can keep your hand centered very strongly behind the glans this will prevent the hand from sliding forward, which WILL cause the tension to move more to the skin, you will place greater load onto the structures you are wanting to stretch. Remember, it's not necessary for you to attempt to rip the penis away from the pubic bone. Your goal is to pull to a point where you feel a solid tug at the base of the penis and then pull just a bit further to stretch the tissues past their current length.
