This adaptation part makes a lot of sense. I currently don't have a Sizedoctor. I have a Dual Candle Stretcher from my country, but I don't feel comfortable with it (Maybe i try it again?). I'm not sure if it's due to its quality. I'd like to ask you, the staff member, and @DLD a few questions.If you lean more on length, focus everything on length. The reasoning behind it is the dedication to tackling the tissues responsible causing restriction for length growth. Placing moderate but constant stresses on the ligaments responsible for length growth at around 1.1kg to 1.3kg all day long will expedite your length. Quite a few brothers use the methods of girth over length, then length over girth, alternating roughly 70% to 30% every 3 weeks or so to force tissue adoption and not adaptation. Adoption is to let the body knows your penile shaft is still changing. Adaption is when the body is fighting back and prevent further growth. We want to minimize adaption and promote adoption.

Thank you Prime MinisterEvery traction devices have their good points and bad points. Even the cheapest ones can be used but it will require a bit more modification to increase comforts. I can tell you that the most expensive ones still need some level of modification to maximize comforts. However, there must be a progressive transition state where you precondition your penis. Your penis has too much sensitive skin tissues, nerve endings, and blood vessels. Too much traction force too fast of a short time period can cause not only discomforts, but also injuries. We can go into very deep details.
Since I'm simply a staff to help out the brothers here, I can't tell you the current costs of tarffit and duty fees coming and going into different parts of the world. Tarrifs and duty fees change so far, I can't even keep up with them. However, MoS Shop does send the products worldwide. @DLD can you confirm with Shenna to see if the courier charges tarriffs and duty fees of specific equipment, over a specific cost range, to Brazil after the current tarriffs hikes by the US? I believe there is a cost estimator by the courier MoS Shop is using.
Two step process under the SRT program. First is the newbie routine, commonly lasts between 4 to 8 weeks. This is called the transition period where you train your penile tissues to adapt to the new stress loads you're placing on it. The SRT (<- now is a link) provides specific instruction on how to stretch by hands, the routine, and the time per set to allow the tissues to get used to the PE (penile enhancement) requirements. Just like any form of exercise, there must be a transitional period to go from light to heavy workout.
Once the newbie period is over, this is where you will transition into the moderate level of training. Same newbie routine exercises, but you will be adding more traction forces and different angles. Again, you ddon't just pull your penis until it breaks. You start light to get the tissues warmed up, switch to moderate pulling to get your penile tissues engaged, go heavy to push the tissues to break, back to moderate to ensure the tissues returns to semi recovery mode, and wrap your penis up in an elongated state to keep the penile tissue healing in a longer than normal fashion. If you have a traction device, say a stretcher or an extender, use that after the SRT routine. We'll go into even deeper details as you progress on your PE journey. We're here for your.
That's a nice first two weeks of newbie routine. As you enter into the fourth and sixth week, you can increase the 30 seconds to 60 seconds, priming your tissues further. Make sure that one of your five to six exercise routine contains a bundled/bundling exercise, where the penis is twisted in one direction while you pull, and then twist into the other direction of the same degrees of twisting and pulling strength. This helps with breaking down the lateral tissues, and reduce the amount of traction force when you pull. If you need us to explain further, let us know.
