Yup that's it. You want to twist until you get a good extension. You keep extending more every few minutes until you get to a max stretch of your penis or the bars. The wheel is the middle of the bar, you can twist clockwise to max and then counter clockwise. Both ends extend. I'm surprised there isn't a video on YouTube. I'll check. Yeah. It has threads on top and bottom. If you unscrew it all the way, you'll see what I mean. When on, you can see on the bars they have the lines, and as you increase or decrease, it moves around to give you the grams amount in weight. In the picture, the red circle is the screw that can be taken completely out and you'll see both ends have threads. When you have it on and see the threads on both ends from full extension, you add a bar. The red lines shows you the weight.

If you you can do things with your hands, you can do this. It's just a pain at first because you put to much tension, or not enough, or you slip out, or you get cold, or numb. God frickin forbid you move a little and it pinches your dick skin. I threw it one day because it did that shit. I got pissed and never used it again. And yet, here I am haha. I just posted a picture, like even when I turn the hand screws out, it doesn't make that big of a difference. I've seen pictures on here where kids are able to get to max tension without even turning the hand screws that much.
yea I know i'm turning it the right way, if you turn it clockwise, they don't turn outwards anyway. Dld, is there any shot I can email you the video or maybe private message u the video on here if thats possible. It's hard to explain through the a picture. I'm past the point of tension. No spring tension except the first 1/2 hour. By the 2nd hour I'm extended & maxed out. Then I apply a heating pad( not too hot or steel rods get uncomfortable) ad plastic spacers to the head piece. Need to get more rods!
