Hi guys, I'm able to do 3 complete twists in both directions. So I'm increasing the intensity as my penis gets used to it.

I hold stretches for 20 min for each side, clockwork, and counter clockwork. Downward bundled stretches essentially. So 40min a day total everyday since 2 weeks ago. Afterwards I wear the size genetics extender for 2-5 hours.

2 questions:

I'm not feeling the stretch after the session, what should I do to ensure I'm putting in the best effort ? Yes I'm aware of SRT approach but want to stick to using the lenghtmaster for now.

Does it mean anything if I'm able to increase my twists going from 1 twist to 3 twists ?

Wow, that is one flexible penis. A long flexible one no less.

Pretty impressive you can hold for 20 straight minutes per side using LM3.

It may be that your bundled (twisting) angles for the between/behind the cheeks (BTC) may not be correct. Let say if 0 degree is your penis going straight down to the floor, and 90 degrees is when your penis goes to the back and between your butt cheeks, your effective pulling angles may be between 65 and 75, or as high as 100 and 120. Pull too find the specific angles for the bundled stretches for the BTC, you will feel that fatigued stretches within 10 minutes, not 20 minutes.

By the way, just a reminder, don't hold the LM3 in static stretches. Keep the pull in a dynamic stretch. This means you pull slowly until you feel the dull achy tug, stop there as your moderate traction force, then go one level higher by pulling a bit harder until you feel the slightly pain then back off just a hair. That is your upper traction force. Switch between the two every 20 to 30 seconds. This is dynamic stretching. Keep finding that effective angles to cause your ligaments and base muscles to reach fatigueness.

If you can do 3 full rotations, that is amazing in itself. It will take less pulling traction force to break the collagen bonds for the entire penile shaft. But, it may not allow you to stress your ligaments and base muscles. You may only need 1 full rotation to do this. If you can with 2, even better. It's about how many rotation you can achieve while able to pull against the ligaments and base muscles to get the fatigueness. If you can't achieve the fatigueness because you have high pain tolerance, then no twist/rotation at all, and simply focus on finding the angles of effectiveness.

Pulling to either left or right seems to give the most achniess / soreness. Sometimes Top, but rarely feel anything when pushing bottom.

You may have a tighter muscle tissues, the bulbuspogiosus, at the pelvic region than most. It could even combo up with the ischiocavernosus muscles. That's the reason why you feel more achiness when pulling up and to the sides. Do both up, side-to-side, and include the down and back between the butt cheeks.
 
Also try doing reverse kegels when stretching. This allows you to circumvent the muscle and you will stretch pure penis without muscles pulling back

For the past 2 days, I been feeling soreness after lm3 sessions. It's not pain, but a slight soreness. Tonight I feel the soreness more on bottom of penis, between anus. The Perineum I think 🤔. Did feel shaft soreness a day ago.


(Note: i been using the lm3 since the end of February) 40 min sessions

Was able to get to 4 twists, and I do the dynamic pulling technique where I pull as much as I can, and back off when the intensity is too much to bare.

Is the soreness and indication of progress ?

You got your soreness fatigue zone. Great job! Do make sure to test too.

Also is it normal to not be at your biggest after your lenght master session ? I assume so given the fact that the penis shrivels up afterwards.

That's an unusual phenomenon if that happens, unless you have low blood sugar, or your body releases dopamine to counter the pain you're feeling. Dopamine will make you feel a bit tired or drowsy.

This is why we highly recommend wearing a cock ring after pumping session using a restrictive approach. This is where you continually keep your penis plump for 45 to 60 minutes with 75% to 85% restriction. You're encourage the blood to remain the penis for 5 minutes at a time from a full erection and return to a flaccid state, as the slowly leaves the penis. This keeps the penis in a state where the penis receive as much new blood as possible containing the oxygen and nutrients it needs for repair, while keep in the shrinking or tug back effect from occurring. The brain will reprogram the penis to remain flaccid rather than causing a tug back or shrinkage issue over time.

Got it thanks for the feedback. I been using the lenghtmaster everyday for a month now, and most of the time I get tired or sleepy using it. I guess that's the fatigue feeling. Will check out the penis ring stuff. Thx for sharing.
 
Has anyone experienced a decrease in penis elasticity since using the LM3? Decrease as in you're not able to stretch your penis out as much, not sure if this is called "turtling."

I make the correlation between loss of elasticity and LM3 because after a session with the LM3, it's been noticed that your penis tends to shrivel up, and it's advised to keep the wrapping on or use a cock ring to maintain blood flow. However, since using the LM3, has anyone noticed less penis elasticity?

(note: I have been doing 40 min of LM3 stretching since the end of February)
 
If you're looking for advice on turtling simply wrap your penis after and keep it wrapped for 3 to 4 hours. As far as elastic tissue, this is normal it is called fatigue. This will become more elastic as you progress. I pray God is helping you through this.

Hey guys is it possible to have the same flacid length, but have an increase in erection length ? 🤔

E.g suppose your flacid is like 4.8 inches

And you went from 6.5 to 6.8-6.9 in none bone pressed length. (I personally don't care for bone pressed)

But your flacid size hasn't changed, is that possible ?
