Is it normal to get sensitivity in the base after stretching , I felt some veins like a little hard lump.when pressed feel pain , otherwise no pain generally . The pain is when I press that lump or massage that lump . The lump is of the size of a mustard seed . Anyone experienced this ?
If you are talking about the base of the penis, that's venous expansion. If it goes away in a few hours, there's no alarm as it's normal. If it lasts for a day even with gentle massage using a few drops of warm oil, such as coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, or even liquid Vit E, that is secondary thrombosis vein. It happens when too much force exerted against a node to prevent blood flowing backward into the penis rather than to the heart.

Fret not. That famous lump happens to newbies mostly. It can come from either length or girth work. Mine lasted for 8 days and during those 8 days, I didn't do any PE.

Whether you do anything about it or not, it will heal eventually. Just take a break from PE for the next 2 weeks and see how it goes. Don't be afraid.

As brother @huge-girth said, don't be afraid. It's merely a shallow venous thrombosis. Take a week of rest, massage using a warm oil of your choice (coconut, olive, castor, Vit E), warm the are using a warm compress (warm rice sock or thermal water bag), and massage for 15 minutes each day. You can massage more if you like. When you massage, perform gentle but focused deep tissue massage. Look up on shiatsu massage. Don't glide your finger on the skin, but allow the contact point remain the same, and allow the sub-tissues to push against the veins instead. Your penile foreskin can move quite easily in flaccid state.

Use 70mg of aspirin (or substitute if you are allergic to it) daily.

I think the regional location may be limited on the medical materials. This is why shipping from the US to the various part of the world may be restricted due to the "ban" and "confiscation" of specific materials.

I am a seafarer/ engineer onboard a cargo ship . We have a medicine locker / hospital onboard , but they don't issue medicine just like that . They will need solid evidence / check up and consultation with shore doctor before issuing any medicines .
I will have to pull my dick out and have them assessed 😂.
They already have a notion we are deprived of sex and we are full ON masturbation mode . So they gonna definitely spread the word .

Good to know that the shallow thrombosis is going away. You don't want to cause it to prolong as it can indeed cause venous leakage in the future, or something worst. Just a suggestion on the stretches once the thrombosis goes away, perform warmup using anything that can retain heat, or even light stretches or light jelqs to warm up the tissue through frictions. Also, look at the videos in the Resources and Program section to see the rotary cranks, or medical term as lateral contortion, to break the tissues for less aggressive and effective stretches. For your case, do not attemp to clamp using any method. Restrictive flow is fine, where you use a wrap or your own fingers to trap the blood to restrict the flow of blood, and not constrict the flow of blood 100%. 85% of the restrictive flow is more than enough. But when you trap your blood, make sure to do it 2cm above the base of the penis. This is to prevent the site of the old thrombosis from acting up.

Must be difficult to do pe with your job. You could start with newbie routine and break it down to get quick work in throughout your day.

I'm using new materials in this video to indicate, how easy it is to wrap your penis when you have a lot of foreskin. If you have foreskin you can use the lengthmaster.



In the video I'm using red penis wrapping tape over the bandage. But it's the same tape, that you can buy in the MoS Shop.

The tape is called: PENIS WRAPPING TAPE. Just search in MoS Shop and you will find it.
I also suggest that you wash your THERABAND pieces (2) in order to remove the powder that's on them when they are new. Just use cold water to wash them (no soap). This allows the THERABAND to stick to your skin when you wind them around your penis.

Notes:
If you have problem to apply the THERABAND due to a short flaccid penis.
I suggest that you do Ball & Lig Stretch / Testicles Health Massage in front of a heat source beforehand (MOS-RED or a heating fan) for 10 minutes.

This will increase your flaccid penis, and it will be easier to wrap your penis.

I wrap mine in the same manner , I then use a tied loop of strong but thin string and wrap into the tape, I will then either use a small dumbell wight , 0.5- 2 kg to tie onto the loop of string, and do some gentle weighted penile swings side to side, then backwards and foward to stretch the ligaments and penile shaft.
I also use a length of blue excersise resistance band of which I have again used string to make a loop so it's attached to one of my feet, I then put socks on feet, the blue resistance band goes inside loose fitting trousers.
With a piece of string tied to the top end of the blue resistance band I tie it to the previously mentioned string loop that I've attached to my penis using the wrap tape.
My penile shaft and ligaments are then kept under tension, normally between 1/2 hour , then unwrap penis allow blood circulation, then re apply.
I tend to do this most days,and evenings I also use a massage gun to gently help soften the ligaments around the Base of my penis

Back then when I wrap like this, of course, the materials were pretty rough as well, I tend to get dryness for half of my glands. We used plastic shower caps to prevent the dryness issue, but it can be a pain trying to take it all off and pee. It's a great rig once we were home.

I've tried different extenders like the Jezz Extender but found it was too uncomfortable and bulky .
In regards to the tension I feel it throughout the day , I then at night tend to place a looser wrap from tip to base so that my penis cannot retract during sleep.
It's a bit of a nuisance when one requires a pee. But it's just unwrapping and re wrapping.

Ah yes. The mistakes we all gone through without properly thinking. I've done that myself too. I saw the video in MoS Shop to never over pressurize the vacuum cup, and went ahead to did it anyway. I slapped myself for it. MoS Shop did a great job warning NOT to exceed a certain amount of rotation since the pressure can be pretty high up there. The moment you use the weight going past 5lbs, or ~2.3kg, one full rotation from the vacuum cup at 7inHg can climb straight to 20inHg with ease. This is blister city. If you only use 1/3 to 1/2 rotation, you are still in the safe zone if and only if you have preconditioned. I became smarter by adding on a second sleeve acting as a double pulling tension at lower vacuum cup pressure. I can hang, if I do that any more, past 20lbs.

I have the JES Extender too. If you use the JES Extender, the noose and strap system can choke your penis pretty harshly. This is why they came up with the comfort vacuum cup system. At 1 to 1.5kg, vacuum cup is easy to manage for a very long hour wearing time. With SiliStretcher, I can wear at 1.2kg all day long, going past 16 hours. At higher vacuum pressure and higher traction force, I have to reduce the wearing time. Nothing goes past 1/2 rotation.

Indeed. The silicone sleeve, when you're not used to it, can cause restrictive flow, making your urine stream to fire off in all directions, or slow the stream down. But once your penis gets better conditioning and you are adjusting to taking it off and putting it on, you can do it within 10 seconds. Well, putting it back on will take you 30 seconds. My fastest is 15 seconds. 30 seconds is due to the expanded glans in a smaller vacuum cup. What you have to do to get a longer and bigger penis.
