Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

I used a space heater to, and this was before the MOSRED. This was a great warm up and then just keep the heater going as you train.
You know, i have an mosred, but I'm confused on how far away I should be from it. One thread i saw said 6", another said right up next to the skin.
 
And is that after throwing both switches or is that for NIR/red specific?

NIR/Red specific. I believe the dual switch runs the normal IR for the shallow (down to 2mm) penetration, while the second switch turns on the NIR+ with the upper red spectrum for deeper penetration (up to 4mm). The MoS Red can penetrate up to the full 7mm if you move the light closer to the skin with the NIR+ based on the LED specs and angles.

You are exactly right. This is the proper way to use the MOSRED
 
Not impatient inspired is a better word. But I understand wanting to get to your goal as fast as possible. So keep up the good work and add intensity as needed.
Haha well since i can do a full bundle with shaft stretching, I figured I'd add it in to the routine to help speed things up. And boy howdy does it

What routine are you looking at? SRT is the best way to go. But whatever you do, let us know the routine so we can help you along the way. I was always looking for ways to increase the intensity of what i'm doing, and it has failed me not

Currently this is my routine:

-5 mins warm up stretches in the shower
- 5 mins in front of mosred
- 15 mins expressive stretching to loosen ligs (2.5 min/bundle direction up/out/down)
- 20 mins shaft stretching to pull out inner penis (2.5 min/bundle direction up/out/down/btc)
-5 mins warm down then silisleeve for 8hrs

After my evening walk, I take a shower and repeat my warm up then jump into 5x5x3 and wear my siliring for an hour, then remove it to restore blood flow before bed. I also take 600mg magnesium glycinate and 50mg zinc before bed.

At the end of week 1, I'm already noticing a bigger flaccid.

I'm going to increase pump pressure every month. Keep things consistent

Took yesterday off because I wasnt feeling well, think I got food poisoning.

But today? Elasticity is improving to where I now can, if I want to, do a full bundle while lengthmaster is clamped near the base. Woo!
 
Good to hear it was not something bad, especially when it comes to food poisoning. No joke with that. Got nailed with a worst case of one, ended up laying in bed, crapping liquid, and dehydrated for nearly a week.

As for the LM3 routines, very nice. Looks like you got things squared away for proper strapping and bundling. When you feel comfortable enough with the wrap, strap, and pull, with a bit of heat compression to loosen up the tissues before hand, try to add a 3lbs of free weight traction with the LM3, while you do the manual stretches at the base.

WUAAAHHH!!? Didn't think about that did you? I'll let you mull over this one before I reveal the reasoning behind this oddball of an approach.

3lbs of traction WHILE doing expressives? I'm a bit baffled.

I think that a year will bring you to your desired goal. Just keep upThe work continue with diligence and always look to increase the intensity wherever possible. And if you reach a plateau have no fear, we will help you create another routine that will get you over that hump.
