Good to hear it was not something bad, especially when it comes to food poisoning. No joke with that. Got nailed with a worst case of one, ended up laying in bed, crapping liquid, and dehydrated for nearly a week.
As for the LM3 routines, very nice. Looks like you got things squared away for proper strapping and bundling. When you feel comfortable enough with the wrap, strap, and pull, with a bit of heat compression to loosen up the tissues before hand, try to add a 3lbs of free weight traction with the LM3, while you do the manual stretches at the base.
