Silistretcher vs Stealth Stretcher?

So by that metric, if I wear it for at least 8hrs/day 5x/week then I'll hit an inch in about 6 months-ish?

By using the LM before hand, you do cut it down by around 3 to 4 hours of initial wear time. Yes, by that logical metric, 8 hours of wearing per day can provide that projected gain. However, reality may invoke some fundamental universal laws that we cannot foresee at this moment. We can only assess after 3 months of initial usage and again at 6 months. Once we determine where your DNA is playing its resistant cards, we can counter them with something else. You probably experience it now. A few of our brothers are experiencing it right now. Some brothers just broke the freaking molds and grew like bamboos.

So, one evaluation step at a time and we'll change a predictive model for you. BUT, always know that your penis does grow at least 1mm each day of PE.

Understood. I'm actually taking this week off as I prepare to change jobs and receive my silistretcher.
 
Speaking of the SS, make sure to have a bit of experimental time with it. Things to know:
  • Make sure to use the TheraBand to wrap around the base of the glans for better traction and pressure retention.
  • DO NOT turn more than 1/2 turn. That's already at -4inHg in a good vacuum. You bend over, or accidentally yank on the vacuum cup while under pressure, you can push the pressure well past -7inHg. If you're using a full rotation, that's -7inHg, and you'll go past -10inHg. Blister city.
  • Don't use the caps. Just place a toilet tissues at the very top of the cup to wick moisture and urine. Yep, urine. Pressure will pull the urine in the urethra into the cup. Alkaline condition will weaken your glans' dermal layer and the blister will form when you wear it long hours.
  • Shove that glans way, way, way up into the cup. If you need the post about the SS, let us know. Plenty of photos and diagrams for you to use as reference.

How does this look on first attempt? It's got enough tension to pull but not a taut pull.

Haven't done any workouts, just trying to get it figured out properly.

Any and all advice welcome and appreciated
 
Suggestion, shift the contact point over of the SiliStretcher over the knee if you're sitting. It will create a constant tension of 1.1 to 1.3kg without slacking. When you walk, that's the strapping position you want. Why? You bend over, and holy smoke! The traction pressure inside the cup goes past the set up pressure by 3 folds. Blister city.

I will definitely do that. New job has me working from home more often so that's going to be great.

So far, what i love about it is the lack of trying to retract, basically forcing you to stay elongated. I think this is going to be the plateau breaker I've been needing.
 
Just an insight, if you want bundled stretching to break the plateau further, before you strap onto the knee wrap, rotate your penis. The amount of tension on the tunica will increase for the same amount of stretch length. Make sure to switch to the other direction for an equal amount of time.

Just a warning, if you are going about, be ready to get stared at by ladies, especially the older ones. Some will lick their lips. Personally experienced this many times over. Younger ones will simply giggle with each other.

And I used to get looks last year when I'd wear my sleeves in public, but this? Can't wait to see the reactions haha
 
Before I forget, to prevent the sleeve from kinking/folding where the cap's edge and the coronal ridge is, use a TheraBand or something similar to create a gap filler, provide additional seal, and increase traction for your glans even further. This reduces the stress load on the sleeve and stop it from ripping apart under stress. In due time, the sleeve will wear out. Keep the old stretched out sleeve and put it over the new one, essentially doubling the layer to hold onto the cup and the base of the glans. The double layers will slow down stretching even further by as much as 80%. Too much experimentation on my end at this point.

Also, make sure to keep an eye out on the upper portion of the cap. Moisture will build up over time, and the maintenance is required for the cap. See here:
