So my current routine is lengthmaster in the morning and 5x5x3 length pumping at night every other day.

Should I be doing a second lengthmaster session before jumping into the pump?

@DLD @oldandlively any thoughts/tips?

If you want a more effective pump session, say, larger expansion through lateral tissue breakdown, then a quick 5 minutes in the length master is your best choice. If not, just a few quick minutes doing manual stretches to loosen the tissues for better pumping. There is no wrong way.

Also, I read somewhere (I think on here or maybe that reddish site) that doing a set of Medium to heavy hanging before stretching will help create more micro tears?

Any truth to this or is it just inviting an injury?

Big invitation to injuries for the unconditioned penises, but beneficial for the ones already conditioned. The question is, how do you know the penis is conditioned? The quickest answer is, "The penis with at least 6 months of conditioning that already exceeded 6lbs of hanging."

If you take the brother that has been hanging since 2.5lbs initial weight, with 0.5lb adjustment of incremental weight every 3 to 4 weeks, hanging every 3 to 4 days per week, then yes, in that 6 months period, the penis is preconditiones for the hang before the pump. It's practically the Length Master in action.

However, the limitation is the lateral torsion or contortion (twisting as a simple term) exercise to break the tissues even faster, with less pulling power requirements to break the tunica. Adding dynamic tension on the pulls while the penis is under torsional stresses maximize the tissue breakdown over hanging.

Oh, we can go into discussions about this all day long and we have scientific data to back it up if you like. But that is a decision for each brother to believe in or reject to.

That makes total sense.

I have two water bottles that I use - a 64oz and 128oz, which are around 4 and 8lbs respectively.

I did a set with each today, bundling both clockwise and counterclockwise for 2m30s per side, and felt like it gave a great pre-exhaustion for my regular routine.

Now, I haven't done a hanging routine before, aside from testing it out once or twice over the years, but I feel like I've done enough PE to be conditioned for it.

I'll try to remember to give updates on this addition to my routine. I think today showed it will be beneficial in the long run.
 
I do have another question:

When i pump, the only fluid buildup i get is around my foreskin scar, just under my glans.

No matter how much I try to focus my ssj to expand there, I keep getting that buildup.

Any tips?

That is normal to most who pump. Are you doing the 5x5x3? This is important as it is timed perfectly to battle these issues. If that is too much go with a 3x3x3 or 2x2x3.

I'm doing 5x5x3.

I have also noticed that the upper part of my shaft takes longer to pack the tube than the lower portion, so maybe that has something to do with it? Especially on the underside

When you have a circumcision or surgical procedure on the foreskin, that area would and will be acting as a the weakest point of the shaft as the fluid tends to build up around the scarring fascias (skin layers) around the compromised tissues. Drainage from those areas are also compromised.

Two methods to prevent fluid from building around that compromised area. First is the wrapping of a flexible film, such as Theraband or similar flexible wrap silicone/polyvinyl material. See how Theraband is used so much in in PE? By wrapping around the compromised area 1 inch above and 1 inch below, you're allow the quicker displacement of fluid from forming at the affected area. You have to wrap loosely during flaccid state, or you can get erected, and wrap lightly around it. When your penis is in the pump, it will cause a compression around the area within the first pumping set.

The second method is creating a compression wrap during SSJ. By wrapping the compression layer using Theraband or flexible bandage, you are forcing the fluid to displace faster during your SSJ exercise.

No. This is more common than most of us think. The base is always larger than the top as it's created like so naturally to support accidental penile fracture. You be surprise how many brothers suffered penile factures during vigorous sexual activities because their shaft is thick at the top and skinnier at the bottom. This is why we encourage to use cylinder type similar to the MityVac, one size up at a time. Bathmate is infamous in making the bottom massively large and the upper smaller due to the conical design. MityVac and similar cylinders are uniform from bottom to top. Select one size up as you go. If you're at 5in in girth, select 5.25in in diameter to create a uniform increase, then upgrade the next cylinder to 5.5in, then 5.75in, and finally 6in. I have 4 cylinders right now because of uniform workout. I also cheat by have a 6.75in cylinder to make my glans over expand to create a mushroom head that my wife likes.

Currently getting back into regular pumping with my 1.5" tube.

Highest pressure I'm hitting is 9hg. Could I realistically make decent length gains if I bundle/hang before and hit a high enough pressure range?

Felt like i was hitting a plateau with my stretching so I'm shaking things up

The long winded answer is, based on your preconditioning. Recall back on your previous recorded baselines:

What is your low pressure?
What is your moderate pressure?
What is your high or upper pressure?

Since you are starting back up again, start at the low and moderate level for a few days. Never go into the high or upper level until you recondition back from the previous rest phase that lasted past 1.5 weeks. Slowly, ever slowly, move back up in pressure between 0.25 to 0.5inHg per day. I know it's slow, but it's to protect yourself from any odd anomolies. It also train your brain and body to detect and become more hyper aware.

Shake things up is fine. Just don't go crazy out of the rest phase without going into adjustment phases.

As you enter into a higher pressure zone, protect your base of the penis, or the surround tissues where the edge of the cylinder pressurizes, with a universal silicone donut. It's a cheap $15 investment, but the cushion on the donut will protect the acrylic edge from biting into the skin, pressuring against the nerves and blood vessels, and can indeed cause a sudden *OH SNAP* (literally) on something.

Previously, my ranges during 5x5x3 were:

Low- 5/7/9/7/9
Mid- 6/8/10/8/10
High- 7/9/11/9/11

Currently, I'm sticking with my low range for the next month or so. At that point, I'll start mixing in my mid ranges, eventually getting back to hitting all 3 ranges during a single session.
 
I think this is the right path for me, because when I was in the middle of my pumping last year I hit 7.75" at my longest in the tube, without doing any length work beforehand.

I feel like if I incorporate even a little hanging or stretching before I pump then my results will out-gain last years.
 
You might be one of the rare few that chosen this path. Keep us posted, and hope other brothers using this method will do the same. This is pure data collection.

I suggest you look at the LengthMaster as you will gain so much faster than any other way.
 
I have the lengthmaster and have been using it religiously since new years, but I've been at a plateau lately and am trying to bust through it.

I kind of dawned on me while I was sitting back, stretching my injured body parts. Plateaued tissues that are too stubborn can be mechanically reprogrammed after so many months and years of hardening. Think about those who have been working out as gymnasts, flexing their bodies to the extremes, and one day, they just have too much muscle tissue wrapping around their joints. The muscles over-tighten on their joints and bones, resisting growth any further because the body is telling the tissues not to engage any further for functionality preservation. Those who engaged their muscles past 60% limitation broke their joints and bones.

With that in mind, there is a way to circumvent the engagement of the muscles while continually flexing the body for growth. This is mechanical assisting. For me, I used to train my flexibility for my groin and legs through a passive leg spreader. The leg spreader had a mechanical spring that forces the legs to be pried open randomly, but at a very relaxed and unpredictable timing. The body remained relaxed, no muscle engagement, but at the same time, the joints were being forced open.

So, what does this have to do with PE? Since you're using a Length Master, you can simply use the plates only, and connect it to a moderate tension weight around 5lbs. Something like these (yeah, TheraBand is the first thing that popped up..funny):

If you have something else beside the plates for less bulkiness, like a penis strap like this (got mine for $4 at AliExpress to replace my JES Extender's part):

You can purchase the noose (medical tubing) or straps for it for a tiny cost more. It's essentially a SiliStretcher tool, BUT, the key is the sudden rebound traction. The traction load is not constantly at 800g to 1.2kg. You can keep it at that level if you like. But the key is to have the traction level engage unpredictably all day long.

Beside that, you can use an all day stretcher with the same method, but placing it on traction load at 1.2kg all day, while twisting or bundling, the stretcher. This places the tunica under burdens and the tunica must yield.

Just something to think about.
