Hey @oldandlively I'm curious - what do you think of shilajit as a supplement? I've been seeing it everywhere and figured you might have a knowledgeable opinion on it.

A few of the brothers here who are using them indicated the supplement is working for them in restoring their vigor and energy, including added bonus of delivering bioavailable materials in concert with what they are using. These are the brothers that don't live in the region where the supplement or its equivalent being used on a daily basis. That is a positive note. It's on par with drinking trace minerals specifically tailored for men's health in the western countries. It jolts the body up because of the sudden uptick of the missing dose of trace minerals concentration that it needs.

But, depending on what you're using it for and in what combination, you have to be very aware of its potency level as well as its interaction. Just like any aged minerals, not all minerals are "pure" or "authentic". Watch out for fakes that add with bad fillers and claim it's shilajit. This is where you have to worry about the interaction of other supplements and your dietary intakes.

With that info in mind, what is your main focus on using it? Think carefully. What are you already taking to combine with shilajit? What is your dietary intake already in play and adding shilajit into the mix that may cause interaction to excite or depress the intention of shilajit?

My diet is good enough, usually hit my macros. As far as supplements, I'm just taking my l-citrulline in the morning after my length routine.

I was curious about how it's claimed to boost T levels and all that.

For T-level, it's a supplementary boost only if you are healthy. The trace minerals helps to boost the free T-level by a few hundred (avg around 210) for healthy subjects. For those who have issues with T-level, it will fluctuates between 20 to 70 only.

I had this test years ago and my T levels were good. Since it has been about 10 years should I get tested again?
 
So lately I've been getting incredibly strong morning wood to the point where I have only been doing every other day length routine because my erections won't go away on some days. Which has me feeling like it's time to get into a AM length/PM girth 1on/1off routine

I have a question regarding pump sizes - would a 12" tube create a stronger vacuum than the 9" tube? Like would i see an increase in length gains if I got a 1.5" x 12" tube vs my current one?

Also, would it be possible to get a custom tube that's like 1.3" to further increase length gains because I'd pack it much quicker?

Make sure to monitor this. As you continually enter into a series of hard erections, you may be entering a great phase of new growths. A few brothers here can testify to the awesome phases of growth where morning woods keep them from having a normal flaccid state all day. Some have to release their loads 3 to 4 times just to keep the flaccid state from saluting everyone around them.

Depending on where you are now. If you are at 8.5in or 9in, having that extra head space is essential, especially for water. Commonly, the head space should be around 2in or more. That head space offers proper pressure balance and pulling buffer under pressures.

1.3in longer or wide? Those custom cylinders in terms of wideness only tend to come in increments of 0.5in. You can get specific sizes but the cost will be as high as 3x the normal costs.

Haha that was my length measurement, girth I think would come out to around 5.125 - 5.25. I haven't measured in awhile but I think I'm just under 5" currently

If your total length is 7.75in inside the pump under pressure, my suggestion is bump up the cylinder to 10in, or even 11in, unless your long term objective for length is 9in, then go straight to 12in cylinder length.

And I meant 1.3" wide, but if it costs too much then I'll just stick with what I have.

If your current diameter is 1.3in wide, go up to 1.5in wide. I'm having the 1.5in, 1.75in, 2in, and even 2.25in, and the final stop is 2.5in Bathmate. Stick with the scheme of 0.25in rather than 0.5in. You will have a few extra cylinders, but you'll keep your penis nice and uniform for the long days ahead.

Haha I'm not chasing THAT much size, but another inch in length and half inch or so in girth is the goal.

My current tube is 1.5" width, I was wondering about an even thinner tube to maximize lengths gains, but I'll stick to what I've got to hit girth while also pumping for length
