Unfortunately, I didn't measure before starting this new journey with the silistretcher and the length master. My routine consist of daily 1 hour length master bundled stretches divided into 3 parts for 20mins each. See my current routine below:

I've just started sleeping with the silistretcher and I'm hoping to log at least 4 hours during sleep making a total of 10 hours daily.

Awesome routine and when I replied to you before I thought you were going to sleep through the night with you SiliStretcher on, I did not realize it was four hours, that should be just fine. That’s the place that I got two and another brother. The four hour mark was the max but I think I’ve come up with a way to actually wear it through the night but only for people that sleep on their side and back. It’s kind of confusing so I’ll write it out and the new thread. But your routine looks awesome and start keeping track of your size so you’re not playing guessing games later

I wore it to bed last night. I slept with it on from 11:13pm to 4:13am. I will make sure I'm sleeping with it daily henceforth.

I can get to 12 hours sleeping with it I just need to make a thread showing how to do so. Is long as you’re not a stomach sleeper I have a solution but I want to test it more before making a thread.

I wanted to try to couple more times before posting, I was gonna try again last night but my Grandchildren were here. I wanted to try it a couple more times before posting. Tonight I will give it another go but I’m fairly confident that this method will be very safe for dude and back sleepers. Again please don’t try this until I write the routine.
