I would still train to be honest, I'm not saying you would be able to put 100% into it if you are really feeling crap but doing a little something is better than nothing isn't it. I've recently suffered a fairly bad elbow injury in judo that has left my right arm with severe tendonitis so I have very weak grip strength and pain so I've had to stretch with my left had which is not as effective. The way I see it if we can't train to our full potential it's still better than nothing at all.
Hope you get better soon buddy.

Been there few times and currently I am not in a good spot; if you feel like you can do your exercises, do it! I would suggest perhaps a lighter training during illness though.

Let your body rest and heal itself. As flu can affect the mental state as well, exercises might not feel so great. While ill, you can still train your mind, read up on exercises and gain knowledge.

I'm a bit tired but not like very tired, and I think I'll stick with my current routine I don't see a point in doing lighter work

Carry on, a cold is something you can work through. Drink a ton of water and this will flush your system and the cold will not last too long. If your cold is preventing training in some way, then by all means take a break, if not carry on.

If your sick you have to let your body heal and deal with it. Its different having your penis injured or sick so to say. If there's problems with the penis thats when you should worry about PE

Well, regular exercise is a stress by itself, so I woudl stay away from it when you got a cold.
I would definitely slow it down, depending on the cold.

Here's a great way to keep colds at bay:
Hydrogen Peroxide For Colds and Flu

I always drink lots of water :)!

Water is the best thing you can drink! When I diet I love to eat Beef Jerky as my main meat as it needs no cooking and it is stupid high in protein. The problem is the sodium so I need to drink tons of water too nullify the effects of the sodium. When I was taking drug tests I learned that if I drank a gallon of water two hours prior to the test I would pee so much that my fluids were clean and there was no detection of the drugs I was using :) I no longer use drugs but it did work.

Beef jerky is my 'go-to' for long road trips...I can go 400 miles (roughly a tank of gas) and kill two birds

then you have the runny shits or constipation when you eat 5 bags

Not at all, I eat 3-4 bags a night and I shit just fine :)

Me. Its really good and a source of protein. I just need fiber along with it

You are 100% right, beef jerky has no fat and is pure protein, as I said I eat between 3-5 bags for dinner eat night. I also drink a lot of water to counter the sodium. I get the best beef jerky too, Sweet Baby Ray's and I get them at the dollar store for $4 a pack! That is for a 3.5 ounce bag that usually sells for closer to $7.

Like i said, not if you know a guy :) AKA the farmer himself

And if you compare the nutrients and the toxins it does or doesn't have, you get well your moneys worth :).

And high-protein isn't such a great idea for health, like I said many times already.

High protein and high sodium is even less of a great idea.

Jerky is convenient if you can afford it though.

Well you pee the protein you dont use. The thing about getting buff by eating your bodyweight per gram of protein so like lets say im 150 lbs i have to eat 1g of protein per pound or 1.5 is just a lie. It's just a statement to sell their supplements like protein shakes etc.

Well that's true you pee some of the protein out, but that is basically a "waste product"
Prior to that it was converted into sugar and the excess amino acids stimulate mTOR

I did not get the best news at the doctor today for my weigh in, I am at 188, I was at 184 so I put on 4 pounds :( So back to the diet again, now I need to lose 12 pounds.

Don't worry about that its really easy. You can't just back off the diet immediately. You have to ease out of it. Slowly and slowly go back to what you had done before but also exercise is important

Dude that could be mostly water weight due to all that sodium you get from the Jerky.

Never thought about that. The thing that bothers me is my waist line has increased a bit, a place I want sculpted.

That is what I will be doing. This diet and exercise thing can be frustrating especially when I expect results that don't happen. I am on this until it is perfected.

Cardio needs to be added as I am doing everything else at this point, if I want to lose more I will have to add in cardio. I am also thinking that the 3-4 pounds in gain may have been compounded by the heavier clothes I was wearing and I was also wearing my jewelry plus I was most likely retaining water due to all the Beef Jerky I was eating. So I am not too down on myself and the 4 pounds, taking what I said into consideration, it was more like 2 pounds I gained and that certainly could be due to muscle gain. I am going to start talking measurements to avoid this confusion.

even if you do cardio once or twice a week, you will definitely see results!

high sodium causes lots of water retention. A [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] of consuming too mich sodium is headaches and high BP. As an athleat and an avid weightlifter,I'd suggest you forget about the scale and start monitoring how you look physically and adjust your diet and excersise accordingly, kind of like how the bodybuilders do it.
