Should I stop doing this

I usually jackoff before I sleep, fall asleep faster. I pe at night, then around 3 or so hours, sometimes alot longer, I blow my wad then go to sleep. Should I stop for better gains, especially girth. it just feels I pe good then if I ever blow my wad no matter what time, when I go to sleep I think I'm back at faze one again and have to start over. You think it's best to just pe untill I reach my goal and not have any kind of sex till I reach it? Does sleeping right after shooting decrease gains?
 
I usually don't because of the shrinkage factor...that and the fact that I am married and like to save it up for the little lady.
 
no im just worried i wont gain good from it in the erect length and girth department. i dont want to pe then jack later then find out the excercise went to waste.
 
I can't imagine it would cause any problems if you're talking three hours or more. I don't think sleep would have negative effect on it either, IMHO.
 
ok. good to hear, heh. I thought that when you sleep and after it was shriveled up after sex or jack off, it would heal at that state rather then the maxed out engorged state, gaining less. I notice if i sleep without shooting, i wake up and its still dark red and pumped, but if i shoot then sleep, when i wake up it's not dark red and it feels less pumped.

That's an interesting way of looking at it. I never thought about the healing aspect in that way, but we can't necessarily keep our cocks swollen up for too long. I would love to hear what some of the vets have to say about your line of reasoning.

Still, I would think you're good to go after 3+ hours.
 
I have sex (with the wife of course) and blow my load 4-5 nights a week. It has not effected gains a bit. DLD is right. We build it to use it!
