semi erect stretches and hand pain

these are 2 questions,not linked together like the title suggests.

1.is there any merit in semi erect stretches?just wondered as i feel a nice stretch at around 40%hardness.also the idea of tstretching the penis in a simlar form to how we want lengthening(if you are trying to lengthen your erections not flaccid i s what i meant),then surely this would be beneficial(similar to cardio training by recreating your event specifics ,if you get what i mean).hope that made sense,altho i probly have this completely wrong!

2.any ideas how to make my hands last longer when stretching?as my thumb and fingers tend to ache alot when stretching,an i find i can only hold an strong stretch for around 15-20 secs before my hand hurts too much to keep hold.

Well, I have just started to stretch yesterday...and might just focus on stretching for a good month, then mess around with girth stuff. Today I did some semi erect stretching and got really intense with it...it fills the glands up and makes it easier and less taxing on the grip. I think that there is merit to semi stretching...I mean, think about what your're doing with all that pressure built up, you are stretching the ligs, septum, and the tunica. Only thing you can do is keep it up and be intense...

As for the grip...I have the same exact problem. I use baby powder...some people use gloves and other techniques for grip. I can hold a good grip for about 30 secs with pretty strong intensity, but after a while I cant' so I max my grip and just throw a couple of extra sets in the compensate. I also take potassium which has cut down on my hand cramp.

ay,you mite have a good idea there,put some padding round the coil bit an put ya cock in it an use as a stretchin device!.....on second thoughts,maybe not........

i did actually wonder if they mite help(as i work in a sports shop so see em all the time),then it occured to me that i wudnt get any stretching done cos my hands wud be too tired from strengtheneing them lol.
 
those heavy grips rock. I have 100, 150, 200, 250. I am just starting to get good at the 200. Can close it 2 times.

Not the best for holding your dick, though. That is endurance related and very specific, and mainly the index finger, really. Sometimes the thumb and thumb pad.

But hey, you know you are gettin' tough when your thumb skin gets raw before your dick skin. Talk about weird. That is with using chalk, by the way.

Also, you know when you let go of your intense stretch, and your thumb sticks to the skin and you have to peel it off slowly or else it hurts like hell?

There are obstacles!!! They must be overcome!!
