these are 2 questions,not linked together like the title suggests.
1.is there any merit in semi erect stretches?just wondered as i feel a nice stretch at around 40%hardness.also the idea of tstretching the penis in a simlar form to how we want lengthening(if you are trying to lengthen your erections not flaccid i s what i meant),then surely this would be beneficial(similar to cardio training by recreating your event specifics ,if you get what i mean).hope that made sense,altho i probly have this completely wrong!
2.any ideas how to make my hands last longer when stretching?as my thumb and fingers tend to ache alot when stretching,an i find i can only hold an strong stretch for around 15-20 secs before my hand hurts too much to keep hold.
