scar tissue

Sorry if this has been addressed before but I couldn't find anything through a search. Just wondering what everyones take is on whether or not its possible to build up scar tissue from over working. I would imagine it would be much easier to do this from girth work rather than stretching. As far as my knowledge goes if this were to happen it might stop gains. Let me know what you think.

Good question and there has been some discussion on this topic before. I think Bib created a post on the peforum. I will send him a PM and see.

goin4,

There may be some misconceptions with this topic. With Penis Enlargement, the goal is to create tissue deformation, particularly the collagenous tissues, tunica and ligs, which leads to gains in length or girth. This tissue deformation comes in the form of minute breaks in the collagenous matrix. The goal is to control this damage (gains), thousands of small breaks, and no large breaks (injury).

Surely if any large breaks occur, such as with a ruptured or torn tunica, scar tissue will develop as the tear will have to be surgically repaired. This will probably lead to peyronies, and an actual shortening of the tunica/shaft. I have only heard of one case of this in Penis Enlargement, and it was in a guy who already had peyronies before he started.

The controlled damage we are after creates another "problem". As these tiny breaks occur, and when they heal, they come back just a tad bit stronger than before. This is the body's reaction, adaptation to any stress. Each site of a break will lay down a bit more collagenous material. The larger the break, the more new collagenous material that is laid down. Therefore, over time, it requires increasing amounts of stress to continue to get gains, because the material being stressed becomes increasingly stronger.

This is one reason a prolonged rest period ( six weeks-two months), may be beneficial for future gains. Stop the stresses for a month or two, and allow the collagenous tissues to "atrophy", return at least partially to their prePenis Enlargement strength.

The breaking/healing cycle is also why guys that provide steady, consistant stresses in their Penis Enlargement usually make the best gains. If the stresses are applied in a consistant fashion, a daily basis, the breaks are kept open longer, allowing for healing in the extended state. But also, consistant stresses make it easier to break the next limiting factors. It is easier to break the next limiting factors if they are attacked before the previous breaks have healed. IOW, allowing specific time for healing (a day or two) makes it harder to make subsequent gains, because the collagenous tissue has time to become stronger during the rest period.

To sum up, scar tissue is generally considered to be a result of injury. A Penis Enlargementer wants to avoid injury. Controlled damage leads to strength, which cannot be avoided, but can be managed.

Same. Mine is 4 inches though. I sure as hell havent gained that much so I dont think mine's from Penis Enlargement. Maybe it's just some kind of mark some people are born with....

thanks, that definately answers my question and then some. I will keep this new found knowledge in mind and hopefully be able to gain better with it.

yes i think its very possible to build scar tissue if you over work the penis because it is muscle and muscle can scar up if over trained and wrongfully or heavily trained it has happened to me.....but i dont know if it can happen in Penis Enlargement only if you did the exercises wrong to a point where u hurt yourself then i could see that

Jason,

>Bib, how long does it take for the small breaks to heal?<

I am sure it is different for each case. Some may take only minutes, some hours, some days, and some several days.

I have seen articles on the process of healing collagenous material, and it is a process. For a normal small tear, it takes a while. But I really have nothing concreate on time.
