Hello again! Hope this post finds you well.

Im here just to ask a few questions.

It's been a few weeks that I started a new routine:

5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

After the stretching I'm doing:

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq, Dual Dry Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq, Dual Dry Jelq
5 Minutes in the Bathmate at full intensity

Attach SilliRing to retain the girth

Am I doing enough? Do I have to replace any exercise? (I'm not that advanced "player")

It usually takes me 90+ minutes so I don't have the time throught the week so I'm doing only the stretches. Doing the full program in the weekends. I will be very grateful if someone suggest me some exercises that are faster so I can do it 7/7 days.
I'm using Bathmate Hydroxtreme 11 and steel or silicone penis rings. Unfortunately I don't have LM yet but I'm currently waiting for the SiliStretcher 2.

As a starting routine, you are on FIRE!

The follow up questions are:
  • How does it feel at the end? Any soreness along the shaft and base?
  • How is your flaccid state? Hanging longer? Turtling harder? No turtling?
  • Any pain? Remember, pain is bad, very bad.

Are you doing enough!? You are pushing the limits as an intermediate PE-er. You are golden. Remember, pain on any level is bad.

If you have time for 7 days in a row, and you have no pain or soreness, you can do an increase in intensities, WITHOUT the pain, while reducing a routine scheduled to 4 days a week, or even 6 days a week. You are only performing manual works without devices so there is quite a bit of forgiveness. Give a day of rest so you don't over work the tissues.

I'm using Bathmate Hydroxtreme 11 and steel or silicone penis rings. Unfortunately I don't have LM yet but I'm currently waiting for the SiliStretcher 2.
Since you are doing pumping, limit pumping to 4 days a week, or perform an expressibe low pressure pumping and SSJ just for erection quality.

Once you do have the LM3, definitely cut way back to 3 days a week to start. LM3 is not a joke of a device to over push yourself.

Excellent routine! This is right in line with SRT. I am so happy to see you working so hard to bust through any areas you may have had before. Are you using the LengthMaster for your stretching? If not you should consider the LengthMaster in the future.

That sounds great too again in line with SRT. 90 minutes a day will definitely help with growth. When will you receive your SiliStretcher? This will add to the 90 minutes potentially for a 9 hour routine with no effort on your part. Adding in the SiliStretcher to this routine will be incredible. As I stated before the LengthMaster will turbo charge your stretching.

You are always welcome to bring yourself and ask the Brotherhood any question or concerns you may have. There are no stupid question.

At the end feels like after a workout, just a little soreness but at the time i remove the penis ring its all gone. The next day I can feel really hard muscle fever tho, but im guessing its normal.
When I don't wear any underwear I can feel a bigger hanging. 9 hours a day I don't have a choice and I have to wear underwear then it's turtling a bit but after I remove the underwear I stretch a bit and it gets back to normal.

I ordered it 1 or 2 weeks ago but it will take something like 3 or 4 weeks to arrive I don't know the exact date. Can't wait to try it on. I'm very excited. Unfortunately I haven't ordered the LM3 yet but soon it will happen.

Another question... do I have to focus only on length then girth or I can combine. My goal is to increase length at first because I have some girths naturally but I don't want to never train girth. If I focus length first any suggestion of an excercise that could replace the girth ones?

Yep. This is the inflammation response to the "soreness" we're talking about. This is micro tissue tears during growth.

Just like any tool, don't be thinking, "I can master it in a week." It will take a bit of a learning curve to masterit. I many ADSes and extenders, and it still took me over a month to master it, and I am still learning how to master it through tiny tweaking. But as you use itt you'll understand the advantage of it.

This is true with all equipment. It takes time to master equipment. I invented much of the tools we carry and in testing it took me weeks to test and make adjustments to those tools.
