I put this up in the newbie forum, and thought I'd share it over here, too. It's a simple little Windows bat file (tested on Windows 2000 and XP) that provides a menu with options for following and timing DLD's First Routine! It includes:
Option 'A', 3 sets of 30 second stretches,
Option 'B', 300 x 2 second Jelqs (timed to 10 minutes for beginners),
Option 'C', 600 x 2 second Jelqs (timed to 20 minutes),
Option 'D', 100 x 2 second Kegels,
Option 'E', 50 x 5 second Kegels,
Option 'F', 1 x 1 minute Kegel, and
Option 'X', to Exit.
I use sounds to signal the start and end of a rep, so I can Penis Enlargement while doing other thing, like wathing TV. All I need to do is keep an ear open! I'm uploading in .txt format, so anyone can review. If you think it'd work for you too, just rename to .bat, and get to work!
