Routine Questions considering clamping and bundled blasters

hi,
at the moment i do the following routine daily.

20 minutes supersets of 20 jels and 1 uli,
5 minutes clamping (every 2nd day, i add 1 minute each week til im at 10 minutes)
finished with ejaculating/edging/ballooing however

10 minutes kegels
10 minutes reverse kegels

15 minutes stretches in all directions
4 minutes supersets of kegels and antilot stretches

some hanging depending on the feeling

some hours of wearing a stretches

my first question is can i clamp daily too?

the 2nd question is. how should i place bundled blasters in there? should i cut pc muscle work for this? what way of putting it in would you recommend?

can you recommend any other change?
 
first of all, calm down. you gotta wait til somebody answers your question. getting an attitude isn't gonna help. second, if you're 10x7.3, why would you want to gain more? as it is, no girl can take 10" all the way unless she's a adult entertainment star. finally, you probably shouldn't clamp every day. you'll end up with erection problems. but you should go for longer. 10 minutes is a good starting point, anything less isn't doing much

im a bit dissapointed, that dld isnt suggesting me a way to integrate his exercise.

well, i want to reach something that ensures me to keep 10'' nbpel after stopping Penis Enlargement.

i dont do it for the girls. i do it because i would like that better on me. i care a bit for other's oppinions, but i go for my desires and not for the desires of a girl with whom i usually brake up after 3-60 days.
 
I can't see every question and answer everyone, I answer 100's of questions a day and I get to things as quickly as I can. I have no idea about clamping as I have never done it. I would lean towards asking REDZULU or Stillwantmore as they are clamping originators. Now, you are asking if you should include Bundles in your workout? In what capacity?

if you do it for you, then you should only want to be long enough to fit all the way in. you're gonna have a lot of cold dick if you really are that big lol.

Sorry, I've meant where I should put it in and how much (sets or set lenght or reps or time) would be a good amout of it and if I should change anything with the PC-Muscle stuff when I do this, because the pc muscle is involved a lot and maybe too much pre-exhaustion is bad for the exercise. I don't know. So I asked how I should put it in there and if that would require any adaptions on the rest of the routine.

Yet I only could enter one pussy completely and well how to say it... It was a bit different, but I am used to be not in totally.

I do it like Omar explains in a documentary. I go make my hips contact her leg or something like this to be braked and avoid entering too deep that way. Just trying to find another block.
 
Where's this Omar interview? wouldn't mind seeing what the guy says. He's another who claims he's bigger than he really is. I would suggest you try the clamping as you've outlined and see how it goes for a few weeks.
 
This was in some of the tv reports about penis size. dno how it was called exactly, but i think it is on the site. jonah falcon was in there too. so you should be able to find the video name over his name. still that omar guy seems to have enough to be too much for going all in.
