I made myself a Ring of Power recently, but once I started wearing it I saw all the threads that claimed it was bullshit. So, I held off on wearing it until I got a blood test to measure my starting testosterone levels. I am going to wear it consistently for ~3 months, and then get another blood test.

Here are my starting T levels:

I can't recall if anyone ever kept a log on the ROP...it would be great information to reflect on.

Wore RoP as I went to sleep last night, I'd say it stayed on for 6-8 hours. Took it off early this morning when still in bed because it was causing me some discomfort.
 
call me crazy, but i kinda like the rop, ive had one sitting gathering dust in my cupboard for about a year, and i started using it about a week ago, i have been wearing it going to bed for about 8 hrs a night, my balls definitely hang lower, and iam getting much stronger morning erections.
 
I've worn it for another ~9-10 hours or so since getting up. I'm about to do my length workout then I'll put it back on before I go to sleep again.

Another note, I just used a voltmeter and confirmed that there's a potential of about 0.9V across the ring. So at least that part checks out! Now only to see if it has benefits...
 
Sorry for the lack of daily updates fellas, it's hard for me to come on here and post every day. I've been trying to wear the RoP as close to 24/7 as possible since my last post here. I have noticed my balls hanging lower, but I think that might be because the ring doesn't let them retract. Either way, so far so good :D

Regarding higher testosterone levels, unfortunately this won't be a completely accurate experiment. I'm going to be doing other activities that can contribute to higher testosterone levels as well, such as a more intense workout regimen and picking up more chicks. But let's see if my levels go up at all (they're already pretty high for a non-steroid user)!

I think you will se a shoot in your test level no matter what, if the ring works, that is.
then i dont think your new workout regimen would do much to counterproduct it.

Definitely important to do testing for a set time that can show a definitive change or improvement.
 
Good to see this because, in the past the only guy saying (for the most part) that this idea worked had something to gain $$-wise. Be careful sleeping with it on because pressure on the scrotal area can slow blood flow to important things inside the scrotum. I know I can't wear a cock ring around my entire package because the vasus or whatever they're called get constricted, retain fluid/blood and I soon get bad aching and it looks like I have 4 testicles.
