I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] as well as newbie stretches and some erect stretches. When I used to wear my PF id wake up in an hour or two sore. So I'm gonna try using way low resistance. Can anyone speak from experience whether this works?

What do you mean low resistance. You mean low resistance with the PF? If so then do it so that you don't get too sore but find a medium where you feel the stretch so you can get some gains.
 
actually i started whit the yellow mark and went to red in a relatively short period of time i couldnt use it for no more than 4 hours straight...i havent use it for the last two weeks need to get med size sleeves gotta buy them asap.lol

The less the intensity the more the stretch goes to a healing methods, the more intense the stretch the more it goes to gaining. I would use it for the time you are able and slowly add to this, maybe 1/2 hour every week until you can make it through the night with no issues. This does take time, practice and mastery but it is very worth it as you will get 8 hours of length work in with no work on your part.
