Great video! I want to try this out too. What else do I need beside a resistance band? Is it possible that you can post a video or photo on how to assemble all this stuff? Thank you.
Yo DLD you should capitalize on this and just make a smaller [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] with no handles that is just the clamp with a hook for hanging and resistance band training. Giving the OP credit of course.

I never expected to see this. The videos showing how to use it are incredible. Youknowme, you do all of your stretching using the resistant bands? Does it replace you hands for stretching? This is such a good idea. I don't think I would have ever come up with it on my own even though it is so simple.
