Quick testicle Question

Ok i have a condition where i have some veins bundled up in my testicles...the doctor told me it is normal....so i have noticed that clump of veins is more sensitive when it is touched as in it hurts like im gettin kicked in the balls...i wanted to know if anyone has or knows if there is a method stretch or message to help with this...

It's called varicosele (sp), and I have it too. I'm not aware of any method to have it removed except for surgery, and that generally is not necessary.
