Quick Question

Hi, everyone.

I just wanted to know it if it ok to jelq after a working out session (or any other kinf of exercising session, for that matter)?

I can't jelq for some odd reason.

I do mandingo/Bundled/Basic stretches in the shower post workout. I hate the turtling from lifting.

one might even venture to say this is a BETTER time to do erect work, since you have had your heart rate up and your blood flowing. just a thought.
