is there any thing i could wear under my jeans/trousers that will be discrete so no one will see it which will stretch my penis, and if so do they work?

Sometimes I mount it at a train toilet, and take it off at a café. It though takes some time to get used to it and "know how" about it.
I always wear loose pants, that is a key.
You also need proper wrapping&padding.
