Hi every1 can some1 tell me some good length exercises bedies DLD Blasters and A Stretches (I really think I've maxed out on those ad they no longer wield gains) I'm not really rdy to move to hangin yet......

Also is it true that these exercises of DLD can cause breaks your blood vessels in your cock
So it gets bruised..and it hurts Your forcing too much blood into your dick at once and then it ruptures your capilaries I have heard it and dont want to keep going if its true?
