Questions for DLD and other MOS members

Hey guys, hows it going. I just signed up for your forum today and I have some very important questions to ask you.

First of all, what is the best methods to use to warm up and down for P.E. ecxercises?

Is the rice sock method safe? What I mean when I ask this is, if heating it up in the microwave safe and then putting it around your penis to warm up safe, because I know that it is said that microwaves give off radiation which can cause cancer.

Which methods for warming up do you use DLD?

And my next question is if I do warm up and downs, jelqing and stretching which is everything except doing PC muscle flexing will I still be able to gain inches in doing Penis Enlargement?

I don't know if I asked these questions before.

Depends if you mean warming up BEFORE pe, or pe exercises AS a warmup. The former hot water and a rag, or 10-15 minutes with a heat pad. The latter = jelqing.

And my next question is if I do warm up and downs, jelqing and stretching which is everything except doing PC muscle flexing will I still be able to gain inches in doing Penis Enlargement?

I would think so, but you should do both for increased gain.

Warm ups for me depend on what I am doing. If I will be stretching, I usually use light, angular stretches to pre-stretch the tissue and ligaments. After training I love a heating pad (electric). I also like the pad for pre-workout warmup for girth and then as much as I can after for healing.
 
Where did you get your heating pad from DLD? Where can I get one, I might need one just like your, it might work better and I might gain faster If I follow the mighty legend of Penis Enlargement. Do you think the heating pads can cause cancer if it used to as warmup method on your penis? Does it give off radiactive ways or any harmful substances? Just curious.

Walmart, $14:) It is natural electric heat, no risk of any harm....just don't set it too hot.
