I been just doing a solid rotary stretch routine off and on now-because i'm targeting length.I had an intense workout session last night to the point where i felt it in my ligs well after da workout.A couple of weeks into it,and i noticed no matter how hard or far i stretched i wouldnt feel anything in the base or in my ligs-it would almost feel like i stretched it to as far as it can go.Is that one of the main reasons for a good amout of rest(not a 2 or 3 day rest)
