Question about stretches

I read here that rotary stretches are the best stretches cuz it hits all the ligs at the same time without cuttin off circulation.I do 1 min stretches in every angle.I'm thinking of doing rotary stretches in every angle-has anyone tried this and got better results-meanin did u feel more of a stretch.

My new routine will go something like this

stretch downward and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch up and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch left and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch right and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5min
stretch straight out and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
 
I do rotary stretches and you can really feel the stretch. I think its because you are applying a dynamic force in many directions and not just a static pull in just one. What I do is normally is jus pull straight out and then start rotating in all the directions that I can really feel the stretch in. On top of this I do foot longs, behind the butt, and to the sides. Good luck with your new routine mate it sounds solid.
 
When using consistent, strong power on the rotary stretch in any direction I think you are getting a full angle workout. I would prefer someone do the entire stretching routine but if you are strapped for time Rotary Stretches may be you best angle (no pun) of attack.
