I read here that rotary stretches are the best stretches cuz it hits all the ligs at the same time without cuttin off circulation.I do 1 min stretches in every angle.I'm thinking of doing rotary stretches in every angle-has anyone tried this and got better results-meanin did u feel more of a stretch.
My new routine will go something like this
stretch downward and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch up and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch left and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
stretch right and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5min
stretch straight out and apply rotary at the same time for 1 min-5 times=5 min
