question about manual stretches

is it okay to use the glans to stretch my penis out or do i have to build the shoulders like when using a bib hanger? I was just wondering because building the shoulders to lock onto with my hands is very hard and I can't stretch that hard without losing my grip. Thanks ahead of time for any input.

You want to grip just below the head. To gain greater grip use some baby powder, it really helps. As far as intensity goes, be progressive and work up to an high intensity over a session to become familiar with your limits. Stretching by hand is heavier than stretching by weight (for the most part) and shorter stretch periods are used. A typical manual stretch will last anywhere from 30-60 seconds while a typical hanging session would last about 20 minutes.

if they're touching the glans it shouldn't be a problem.. I get the best stretch when I "ok" at the base with one hand, then stretch in the middle of my shaft with the other. try it out.

That is fine, as long as it is comfortable and giving good intensity.
 
Yes, anchoring the hand at the base will also greatly increase stretch intensity!
 
if i grab at the base and stretch i feel more of a skin stretch and if i wanted to do A and V stretches I have no option but to pull by the glans
