Today I jumped back to training. Blister has healed, hallelujah. Got nice erection going, stretched my protector cap and it tore in half. Well... I need to order those aswell now. I still put on my Phallosan plus and got in with good mushroom glans. It definitely helps with getting bigger glans, but there is down side to doing extending without protector cap. Probability of getting blisters is way higher this way, so I need to again adjust my tension. Vacuum eases abit when my penis starts to loosen up.
At work I did some kegels. Didn't count them, just did em. Easy.
Question: How long should one repetition of reverse kegel be done?
