Right now I have about a 1.5" fat pad. I weigh about 172 with 15% bodyfat. Is is possible to decrease my fat pad down to .25" or even 0 once I go on a fat loss diet? A 1.5" increase of insertable penis would be awesome!

Yes it's possible to decrease to 0.25'' but it requires a serious, religious workout program. Think of 5-10% body fat, the percentage trained athletes have.
You could get Liposuction in the area. This would remove the fat pocket permanently.

It isn't terribly expensive, but I wouldn't recommend that be the only pocket you get removed. You should get your love handles and perhaps a few others done too. Most surgeons (if not all) are going to put you under to do it, so you might as well get a bunch of it done.alpinefruits;381079 said:
I think its totally possible to reduce your fat pad by just losing weight. I was 175lbs in September and not only was my fat pad down but my penis WAS longer, and since then I have put on 50lbs and even at 175 I could have lost more weight. So it is something that just takes time-- dedication. Penis Enlargement inspires me to exercise. I read somewhere it takes 6 weeks for the fat cells in your body to start to break down and then you start to lose weight.
