Purple head and spots from jelq

My head gets a little purple and have purple spots(not red) after i jelq and i squeez.In a day time my head looks normal,maybee the purple spots(the biger ones)i still can see a little of them.Schould i lover the intensity?This is my 3nd week and im on a 5on/2off.

Also i would like to know if the uli exercise is equal with constrictor but is done manualy(not with a clamp) and that the dld bend is good for girth and for an anti baseball bat look?What are supra slamers?

Continue to train as you are. The spots you are getting are very normal for some men. Remember that penis enlargement is a combination of blood and pressure and when you combine these two components bruising, blotching, purple and red spots are inevitable.

Yea i got those too... Forcing a lot of blood into the head of the penis might do that when it's not use to it. Mine did that and has since went away.

My spots are dark purple, almost look black if i glance quickly. Thats normal, right ? Think they're from dld blasters, as i just started those a few days ago and i just got the spots.
