go in as close to 100% as possible and then 'ease-up' the pressure...the more your body can tolerate, the higher the pressure. Maintain awareness of how you're responding, if you feel any sharp pain then back-off. I pump to my max and hold my EQ as long as possible, but if I've been away for a few days I need to be careful about trying to get to full expansion immediately...it'll take a session or two to get back to where I was before the break
