let's break down a few statement and explanation.
I just used a $55 sex shop air pump I have for twenty min, first time using unused water most of the time about half way to abit over half some of that time. I'm confused because it goes way to to -19 and -15 fast as shit and the average pump I always do is right about where this thing says about -17 but from youtubesnive watched
First of all, that is an air pump ONLY. The moment you use water, the waterwill cause the gauge and valve body to go crazy. It will cause erratic values on the gauge. Disassemble the pump and dry everything up in the pump body. The MityVac and similar system have a water reservoir to capture the water from entering the hand pump, preventing the issues you have where the pressure went up to 15inHg and 19inHg.
I really hope it's not the same as mmhg because everyone says don't exceed six or don't exceed ten well my dick doesn't even move up until it's on -8ish like that's it just being sucked in a bit. There's two numbers on my gauge in posting pictures can someone PLEASE tell me which one is mmhg? Maybe the red numbers under the ones I've been looking at??
The gauge is in inHg, not mmHg. If your penis was under the pressure between 15 and 19inHg, you would probably injured yourself along the way, or even got a nice blister. Unless you have the conditioned penis, or a penis of a Hulk, most penis can't handle past 10inHg without getting a massive blister.
When we start out, our internal pressure is maxed out around 5.5inHg. We slowly condition our penis up to take on the pressure as we go up. We slowly go up. We don't jump from 5.5inHg to 8inHg within a few weeks. It takes a couple of months. The magic grow zone is around 10inHg to 13inHg. However, that requires many months of preconditioning your penile skin first, especially your glans.
Next question again not relating to the above, well on YouTube some doctors say penis pumping does create micro tears to create muscle growth and I see a lot of people say it doesn't but I just pumped and my penis is about .3-.35in longer and thicker
What causes the micro tears is when your skin expands past 125% of its size on average. For some, it requires to go past 150%. So, if your penis is 5in in circumference, at 125%, that's an expansion to 6.25in to get the micro tears. at 150%, that's 7.5in of expansion to get the micro tears. This is why we do manual stretches under the SRT before we pump. When we pump, we also use the 5x5x3 approach to increase internal pressure to push the tunica skin layers so we can stress it both using internal force using SSJ and the pump. Think of a wall being pushed and pulled by two group of people to make it move both inside and outside, rather than just having one group of people doing just the pulling.
I don't know how much but a lot and people say length gains don't really come from pumping, i know this isn't a gain right now but over time wouldn't this lead to that? And why would people say all this is pumping is working out the penis, INCLUDING length wise creating the micro tears is it not doing this? Thank you MUCH for any answers
Pumping doesn't not give you length. It will give you girth. Always keep that in mind. If you chasing after girth, pumping is the key. Unless you know how to use a tight body cylinder for length, that's a different story. By using a small tight cylinder, you're forcing your tunica to stretch rather than expand. This is an advanced pumping method that veterans don't talk about and just give you summary of what they've done.
If your penis's girth is 5in, you're using a uniform cylinder the size around 5.15in in circumference. As your penis is filled in the cylinder when it expands, the only remaining direction it up and out. This is tunica elongation pumping for length.
If your penis's girth is 5in, and you use a cylinder that this 5.5in or even 6in, you're expanding your penis and not lengthening it. The length is caused by the negative pressure pulling the penis out, but the length gain is very minimal. Maximum gains is round 10%, while the average gain is around 3% to 5%.
