So I'm just sitting here, finding a good way to do my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap clamping and I am noticing that even though my erection is fading away, the engorgement in my penis for the most part is there, especially the head. I've had the wrap on for about... 20 minutes watching closely for discoloration and numbness/coldness. The penis has gotten a little darker, but nothing worrying.

Are there any benefits for this?
 
Are you typing on the forum erect rofl.

I have done stuff like that and I don't believe I got any gains from it. Why not throw in some erect exercise or do that post session along with manual work but I don't see it doing anything alone.

What erect exercises are there? I've read that jelqing while erect isn't a good idea.

And I had it on for about 3 and a half hours. Took it off about an hour and a half ago and there's a little fluid buildup, but nothing horrendous.
 
Also if you blow a load have a rain coat rofl.

I ballooned for 2 hours and I busted and it shoot over my shoulder and everywhere else. I was pissed, I had to clean all that baby juice up.
 
Well this morning, the fluid buildup is about completely gone and I am noticing a sizeable difference in my flaccid hang. Also, my head is bigger. Going to be trying this every other day, but I've got to refine it a little because after a while the wrap was just killing me which is what prompted me to remove it.

Just don't over do it, overzealous training will bring more problems than gains.
