Pro argi9, anyone?

My buddy is trying to sell me this arginine supplement. Supposedly causes the results to last 12 hrs instead of 1 hr. Could be marketing bs but if it's true that might be a wonderful increase in speed of gains! Anyone had any? I might be willing to guinea pig

Yup, supplement: Something that enhances something else. So if you take a muscle supplement but do not exercise there will be no growth. If you take nothing at all and train you will gain fine. If you supplement your workouts with something (that has been proven to work) you are getting the best of both worlds.

I figured it was a given that I'd be training. I'm just saying that 12 hrs of nitric oxide boost, if factual, would be a godsend for girth AT LEAST

A boost is exactly what a supplement gives!
