any fluids in or around your penis contain sperm. when you play wih any fluids from your oenis or just your fluids in general there is is a chance of getting preganant. even if you put the condom on wrong the first time and turn it around. there are sperm on the condom. be careful.
 
There are definitely sperm in pre-cum. So you can withdraw before you ejaculate, but still get a girl pregnant. You can also get a girl pregnant by ejaculating without actually entering the vagina. For example, let's say you you're just knocking at the door. If you ejaculate near those lips, one of those little rascals can zip right down the chute with the seminal fluid, and Bang!! You're a daddy!
